Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • High order volume periods
  • Product launches

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected
  • Order size and weight

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Delayed or Lost Packages

Madasty is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier first.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed
  • Returned packages may require additional shipping fees for reshipment


International Shipping

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Additional carrier fees

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.


Split Shipments

In some cases, items may ship separately depending on inventory availability or warehouse location.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.
